We are looking for a motivated employee (m/f/d) who wants to develop from a Junior Consultant to a professional Trainer and Consultant.
You enjoy accompanying people in their development and passing on knowledge. At the same time, you want to continuously develop yourself personally and professionally.
As a university graduate or career changer, do you want to venture into the consulting and training world? We offer you the right opportunity.
Initial experience in project management, Lean Management, Operational Excellence, Quality Management, or Process Management is an advantage, but not a mandatory requirement. We are not looking for finished consultants, but personalities with potential.
Your journey begins with intensive onboarding, where you will gradually gain initial experience in the training and consulting business. We will accompany you in the long term with an individual development plan and personal mentoring to support you specifically on your way to becoming a trainer and consultant.
