How does the process work?

Awareness Training
Duration: 1 day
This day provides decision-makers with the opportunity to understand the profound and positive impacts of a cultural change. It ensures that everyone is ready to embark on this journey. It fosters a unified, committed attitude towards change from the start.

Assessment
Duration: 3 days
A benchmarking provides a detailed inventory of the current corporate culture and identifies the gaps to deeply anchor excellence within the organization. The results are presented in a 50-page report with immediately actionable measures.

OpEx-Team Setup
Support: 6–12 months
We assist in building or strengthening an OpEx team through an agile framework with clear roles. We remain in the background as a point of contact. This team implements the measures.

Empower OpEx-Team
6 × 2-day workshop
After successfully implementing the measures, the OpEx team is trained to independently conduct assessments and develop a deep understanding of the connection between systems, behaviors, principles, and culture. This step is necessary for sustainability.

Design OpEx Systems
Duration: 12 months
The OpEx team will develop systems that firmly anchor a sustainable corporate culture within the company. Using an agile approach that integrates seamlessly into the existing structure without noticeable additional effort.
