Our Head of Department, Steffen Trede (LSS Master Black Belt), took the opportunity to personally present the certificate to his former participant, Claudia Hasert (LSS Black Belt), at her company, Novelis Deutschland GmbH in Göttingen. The project sponsor, project team members, and the Head of Human Resources were also present. Our trainer and consultant, Ms. Becker, who played a key role in Ms. Hasert’s successful Lean Six Sigma Black Belt training, also brought along a special surprise.
Ms. Becker presented her former participant with the book The China Years, written by Ritsuo Shingo, the son of Dr. Shigeo Shingo, co-developer of the Toyota Production System. In the book, he shares his experiences at Toyota China and insights into leadership practices. The copy included a personal dedication congratulating Claudia-san, which was greatly admired and appreciated by everyone present.
During the informal conversation following the certificate presentation, the project sponsor praised the comprehensive, high-quality Lean Six Sigma training that Ms. Hasert had received at the Alphadi Academy, as well as the successful project she completed, which delivered significant benefits for Novelis Deutschland and its customers.
