The path to this was marked by determination, efficiency, and great commitment – a journey that Patrick successfully mastered in his role as OPEX Manager.
Our role was to support the process – from application to certification – through practical guidance and targeted coaching.
Particularly noteworthy is Patrick's ability to analytically solve complex challenges at a strategic level. Furthermore, he was trained by us in the area of cultural change according to the Shingo model in all six workshops and is thus also a Shingo Alumni – as are other candidates at Zimmer Biomet in Winterthur.
