At the end of October, we had the pleasure of welcoming Mr. Alexander Wesche to our premises in Kassel. The occasion for the meeting, under the given circumstances with face masks and distance, was the successful completion of the Lean Six Sigma Black Belt with the submission of the company project. Mr. Wesche's employer, Novelis Deutschland GmbH, also congratulated its employee on successfully passing the Black Belt certification. Novelis is the leading manufacturer of flat-rolled aluminum products and the world's largest recycler of aluminum. During the certificate presentation, Mr. Wesche was absolutely thrilled with our studio, which is used for broadcasting our live webinars. He quickly took over the direction in the command center and was deeply impressed by the available technology. The Lean Six Sigma certificate was presented to Mr. Wesche by Ms. Yvonn Gaßner, Head of Lean Six Sigma, who accepted it with pride. In a conversation afterwards, he talked about the many application possibilities of the tools in the company that were taught in the Lean Six Sigma seminar.
