With great sadness, Ritsuo Shingo-san has left us. Our entire team has taken him to heart since the first meeting in our premises. For many years he accompanied us on Gemba walks, during customer visits, and was a great role model for us. Often, a statement from Ritsuo-san would inspire us to hours of discussion so that we could become better. He lived the Shingo guiding principles in his own way. With him, we lose not only a great teacher but also a friend.
We think of you and will let your thoughts live on in us.
