We are very pleased to report that we have succeeded in winning 3M Deutschland GmbH as a host for Shingo Workshops. On October 5th and 6th, a virtual Discover Excellence Workshop was successfully conducted in close collaboration at the Seefeld site. The Seefeld site is known for the production of high-quality dental products that are leaders in dentistry worldwide and regularly set new standards through innovations. The motivated workshop participants worked diligently through the theory of the first day. It quickly became clear that in a company, it's not always about processes, but the employee as a person is at the center of a company.
The behavior of employees influences the results of a company. The goal of this first Shingo Workshop is to identify and get to know the Shingo Model and the Shingo Leadership Principles. The leadership principles support the Shingo Model in implementation and are anchored in the existing initiatives of a company to achieve a sustainable improvement of the corporate culture through ideal behavior. The employee survey takes place on the second day of the Shingo Workshop and helps to identify employee behavior and define ideal behavior.
