After a successful move last year, we were very pleased to welcome customers to the new premises for the first time. The modern environment not only provided a pleasant working atmosphere but also left a positive impression on visitors who came from all parts of Germany, from Canada, and also from Hungary.
The visit to the Shingo Conference in Manchester, UK was the highlight in October. The exchange about culture in organizations with international professionals and the inspiration from groundbreaking ideas opened up new perspectives and broadened the horizon.
Another highlight is the Alphadi customer portal. The introduction of the Alphadi portal marked a significant step in the daily organization of the academy. The platform quickly proved to be an indispensable tool and noticeably facilitates everyday life – a real advancement for our customers and for us.
The year 2024 has shown how important teamwork, innovation, and the joy of working together are. It was a year in which we achieved and experienced a lot – both professionally and personally.
