Registrations for open seminars are regulated via a registration form. Each registration is usually confirmed by Alphadi Deutschland GmbH via email. Participation becomes binding at the latest with this confirmation by Alphadi Deutschland GmbH. By registering, the participation conditions (T&C) of Alphadi Deutschland GmbH are accepted. An order for offered services or seminars can be placed via email within the specified offer validity.
If the customer cancels an order, the following cancellation conditions apply:
| Period before order start | Compensation |
|---|---|
| Up to one week before order start | 75 % |
| Up to two weeks before order start | 50 % |
| Up to four weeks before order start | 20 % |
The prices according to the offer apply.
All other costs associated with participating in a seminar, such as travel, meals, and accommodation costs, are to be borne by the customer.
Partial participation in seminars only entitles a fee reduction in consultation with Alphadi Deutschland GmbH. Prices are exclusive of the applicable VAT unless the VAT is already included in the listed price according to explicit information in the price list.
For in-house events, unless otherwise stated in the offer, travel and accommodation costs will be invoiced after the event based on actual expenses.
Seminar fees are due no later than 14 days after invoicing or, in the case of short-term bookings, no later than the start of the seminar. If payment is not received on time, Alphadi® Deutschland GmbH is entitled to exclude seminar participants from participation.
The booking can be canceled by Alphadi Deutschland GmbH up to 7 calendar days before the seminar start if:
a) a low number of participants does not allow the economic execution of the event or
b) if one or more speakers are prevented, e.g., due to illness.
If the seminar is canceled by Alphadi Deutschland GmbH, the seminar fee will be refunded, and further claims by the participant are excluded.
The customer can cancel the booking in writing up to 14 calendar days before the start of the training. For the cancellation to be effective, it must be received in writing by Alphadi Deutschland GmbH no later than 14 calendar days before the seminar start.
If the customer does not attend a booked seminar without canceling at least 14 calendar days before the seminar start and without possibly rescheduling the seminar up to 14 calendar days before the start, 75% of the seminar fee is to be paid as compensation.
If the customer cannot attend a seminar and informs Alphadi Deutschland GmbH in writing no later than 14 calendar days before the training start, the customer has the option to reschedule the booked event to a new date.
Instead of canceling, the customer is granted the right to provide a substitute person for participation in the booked and confirmed event at no additional cost, provided that this person meets the access requirements. If the new participant does not attend the booked event, 75% of the seminar fee is due as compensation for the registrant.
Alphadi Deutschland GmbH reserves the right to use substitute speakers for all seminars, to slightly modify the content, and to make schedule and location changes (with timely notice). If the customer cannot attend the event due to a schedule change, they have the right to reschedule to a new date of the same seminar, notwithstanding any previous rescheduling.
Alphadi Deutschland GmbH reserves all rights to the event materials and training software. Any reproduction/duplication of event materials and training software, even in part, in any form (photocopy, microfilm, using electronic systems, or other methods), especially for the purpose of own teaching designs, is prohibited without prior approval from Alphadi Deutschland GmbH. Otherwise, the provisions of copyright law, criminal law, etc., apply. Any misuse of the software or hardware provided as part of a device-bound seminar may lead to claims for damages by Alphadi Deutschland GmbH or third parties.
Alphadi Deutschland GmbH is only liable for damages, regardless of the legal basis, to the extent that
a) the damage is due to gross negligence or intent by Alphadi Deutschland GmbH;
or
b) the Product Liability Act provides for mandatory liability.
For events in rooms and on properties of third parties, Alphadi Deutschland GmbH is not liable to participants for accidents and loss or damage to their property. Alphadi Deutschland GmbH assumes no liability for damages that may arise from viruses on copied data carriers. This also applies to public domain software.
Unless otherwise stated in the preceding subsections, any liability by Alphadi Deutschland GmbH, regardless of the legal basis, is excluded.
Each participant is responsible for their physical and mental suitability for the respective event. They undertake to observe all instructions. Liability for impairments of any kind due to a participant's lack of suitability or failure to observe instructions is expressly excluded, as far as legally permissible.
Before the seminar begins, Alphadi Deutschland GmbH conducts a personal consultation with the participants. In this context, the participants' prior knowledge and suitability are checked. The aim is to ensure that the necessary prerequisites for a successful learning process are met and that the intended qualification goals can be achieved.
Alphadi Deutschland GmbH reserves the right to update the seminar content and to change dates and locations if necessary. In this case, the seminar participant will be informed in a timely manner.
If payment is not received on time, Alphadi Deutschland GmbH is entitled to exclude seminar participants from participation.
Alphadi Deutschland GmbH issues a certificate of participation for the seminar participant. This is sent to the participant as a scan via email after the seminar is completed. The prerequisite for issuing this certificate of participation is the complete proof of seminar attendance.
By registering, the participant agrees to the collection, automatic processing, and use of personal data for the purposes of seminar and examination processing. A later revocation of this consent may result in exclusion from the seminar and/or examination.
