Alphadi Tab - Tool overview

Voice of Employee

The Voice of Employee is used to systematically capture the voice of employees and convert it into measurable metrics.

The focus is on personal concerns and perceptions of employees, particularly regarding their work situation, stress, and development opportunities.

The tool creates transparency on issues that are often not openly addressed and enables them to be systematically converted into improvement measures.
