You will learn five leadership principles and be enabled to clearly define values from your customers' perspective. This workshop is particularly suitable for employees in the areas of CI, Lean Management, and Six Sigma, project managers and/or leaders. You will continue the group discussion on ideal behaviors, purpose, and behavior standards. You will be introduced deeper into the Shingo ModelTM by focusing on the dimension "Continuous Improvement" and its identified principles.
