The workshop is ideal as an introduction to Lean Six Sigma, for sensitizing leaders and project teams, or as a kickoff for further Yellow Belt, Green Belt, and improvement projects.

The stated price includes the execution of the workshop. Travel expenses are not included and will be calculated separately depending on the location based on actual effort.
