What are FMEA & QFD?

Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA) is a quality management method used to reduce errors and risks during product or process development. After completing this module, you will be able to independently conduct FMEA based on VDA/AIAG guidelines.

Quality Function Deployment (QFD) is a structured process that uses customer requirements to define product design and the underlying processes.
