Program Overview

What are Kaizen & A3 Reports?

The A3 Report originated from the Toyota Production System (TPS) and is a structured problem-solving method linked to the four phases of the PDCA cycle.

Kaizen — Japanese for “change for the better” — focuses on continuous, incremental improvement and building a culture of ongoing development. In this module, you will learn how to prepare, conduct, and follow up on Kaizen events effectively.
