Refresh your Lean Six Sigma knowledge, sharpen it with current methods and tools, and secure 24 credits for your Excellence Program.
OptionsLean Six Sigma knowledge that is not regularly applied in everyday project work fades quickly: formulas, tool selection, and structured work along the DMAIC roadmap are forgotten over time. The Refresher Workshop refreshes key Lean Six Sigma content in a compact and practical way – from project definition to statistical methods to the sustainable anchoring of improvements. It is aimed at Green and Black Belts as well as project sponsors, champions, and other people who accompany or support Lean Six Sigma projects – even without their own certification. Participation is credited with 24 credits for the Excellence Program.
In terms of content, the refresher leads through the essential topics of Lean Six Sigma. The basics and the phase and process model of the DMAIC roadmap form the entry point. It refreshes which tools are used in the individual phases, what purpose they serve, and how they logically build on each other. This creates a clear thread for the improvement project, and the DMAIC roadmap becomes understandable and applicable as a coherent approach.
All programs are limited in size to ensure maximum learning quality. Early booking is strongly recommended.
