As an Operational Excellence Manager, you manage the entire improvement system of a company. You combine Lean, Six Sigma, Change Management, and strategic corporate management into a coherent OPEX system. You are responsible for the selection and prioritization of improvement projects, develop internal competencies, and ensure that Operational Excellence is lived not only as a methodology but as a corporate culture.
The seminar includes 12 modules that cover the complete OPEX methodology spectrum: from DMAIC, Lean tools, and statistics to value stream management, shop floor management, and quality management, as well as change & leadership and culture development. The content enables you to apply Lean Six Sigma not only methodically but also to anchor it as a holistic improvement system within the company.
